現在多國的民集合起來，攻擊你，說：‘願錫安被蹂躪，願我們親眼看見錫安遭報應。’”但是，他們卻不知道耶和華的意念，也不明白他的謀略；他收集他們，好像把禾捆收集到禾場一樣。

列國之民啊！你們儘管作惡，但你們終必毀滅！所有在遠處的人民啊，要留心聽！你們儘管束腰吧，你們終必毀滅！你們儘管束腰吧，你們終必毀滅！

列國為甚麼騷動？萬民為甚麼空謀妄想？
