我要做他的父亲，他要做我的儿子。我的慈爱曾离开在你之前的扫罗王，但我的慈爱必不离开他。

我必為彼之父、彼必為我之子、我不使我之仁慈仁慈或作恩寵下同離彼、如我昔使我之仁慈離在爾以前者、

I will be his father, and he will be my son. I will never take my love away from him, as I took it away from your predecessor.

I will be his father. And he will be my son. I took my love away from the man who ruled before you. But I will never take my love away from your son.

上帝从未对任何一个天使说：“你是我的儿子，我今日成为你父亲。”或说：“我要做你的父亲，你要做我的儿子。”

他要为我建造殿宇，我必使他王位永固。

你们要到我这里来，侧耳听我的话，就必得到生命。我要跟你们立永久的约，将应许给大卫的可靠恩福赐给你们。

撒母耳对他说：“耶和华今天已经从你身上拿走了以色列国的王位，赐给了一个比你好的人。

那位君王说：“我要宣告耶和华的旨意，祂对我说，‘你是我的儿子，我今日成为你父亲。

要降服在祂儿子面前，免得祂发怒，你们便在罪恶中灭亡，因为祂的怒气将临。投靠祂的人有福了！

而不求问耶和华。因此，耶和华使他被杀，把王位交给了耶西的儿子大卫。

我要做你们的父亲，你们要做我的儿女。这是全能的主说的。”

然而，因你父大卫的缘故，我不会在你有生之年这样做，我要从你儿子手中把国夺走。但我不会全部夺走，为了我仆人大卫和我拣选的耶路撒冷，我会留下一个支派给你儿子。”

他要向我高呼，‘你是我的父亲，我的上帝，拯救我的磐石。’我要立他为我的长子，使他做天下至尊的君王。我要永远用慈爱待他，我与他立的约永不更改。我要使他的后裔永无穷尽，让他的王位与天同存。如果他的后代背弃我的律法，不遵行我的典章，触犯我的律例，不守我的诫命，我就会因他们的罪用杖惩罚他们，用鞭子责打他们。但我不会收回我的慈爱，也不会背弃我的信实。我必不毁约，也不食言。因我曾凭自己的圣洁向大卫起誓，我绝无谎言。他的后裔必永无穷尽，他的王位必在我面前如日长存，又如天上亘古不变的月亮，永远坚立。”（细拉）

我要做他的父亲，他要做我的儿子。如果他犯了罪，我必用人的杖、世人的鞭子来惩治他，但我的慈爱却不会像离开从你面前被废的扫罗那样离开他。你的家和你的国必在我面前永远坚立，你的王位必永远稳固。’”

只给他儿子留下一个支派，好使我仆人大卫有后裔留在我选为居所的耶路撒冷城。

父爱子，已把万物交在祂手里。

云彩中有声音说：“这是我的儿子，是我拣选的，你们要听从祂！”

祂伟大无比，将被称为至高者的儿子，主上帝要把祂祖先大卫的王位赐给祂。
