Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

His seed also I will make to endure forever, And his throne as the days of heaven.

For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.

Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies all around. His name shall be Solomon, for I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days.He shall build a house for My name, and he shall be My son, and I will be his Father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’

Now He said to me,‘ It is your son Solomon who shall build My house and My courts; for I have chosen him to be My son, and I will be his Father.Moreover I will establish his kingdom forever, if he is steadfast to observe My commandments and My judgments, as it is this day.’Now therefore, in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of the Lord, and in the hearing of our God, be careful to seek out all the commandments of the Lord your God, that you may possess this good land, and leave it as an inheritance for your children after you forever.“ As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever.Consider now, for the Lord has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary; be strong, and do it.”

Then speak to him, saying,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts, saying:“ Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH! From His place He shall branch out, And He shall build the temple of the Lord;Yes, He shall build the temple of the Lord. He shall bear the glory, And shall sit and rule on His throne; So He shall be a priest on His throne, And the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”’

Jesus answered and said to them,“ Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”Then the Jews said,“ It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?”But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

‘ Your seed I will establish forever, And build up your throne to all generations.’” Selah

Now Solomon began to build the house of the Lord at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.And he began to build on the second day of the second month in the fourth year of his reign.This is the foundation which Solomon laid for building the house of God: The length was sixty cubits( by cubits according to the former measure) and the width twenty cubits.And the vestibule that was in front of the sanctuary was twenty cubits long across the width of the house, and the height was one hundred and twenty. He overlaid the inside with pure gold.

And thus they returned us an answer, saying:“ We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and we are rebuilding the temple that was built many years ago, which a great king of Israel built and completed.

But Solomon built Him a house.“ However, the Most High does not dwell in temples made with hands, as the prophet says:

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;

Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying,“ The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”

His seed shall endure forever, And his throne as the sun before Me;It shall be established forever like the moon, Even like the faithful witness in the sky.” Selah
