並且分給以色列眾人，無論男女，每人一個餅，一塊肉，一個葡萄餅；眾人就各回各家去了。大衛回家要給眷屬祝福；掃羅的女兒米甲出來迎接他，說：「以色列王今日在臣僕的婢女眼前露體，如同一個輕賤人無恥露體一樣，有好大的榮耀啊！」

若是你們以事奉耶和華為不好，今日就可以選擇所要事奉的：是你們列祖在大河那邊所事奉的神呢？是你們所住這地的亞摩利人的神呢？至於我和我家，我們必定事奉耶和華。」

第八日，王遣散眾民；他們都為王祝福。因見耶和華向他僕人大衛和他民以色列所施的一切恩惠，就都心中喜樂，各歸各家去了。

我眷顧他，為要叫他吩咐他的眾子和他的眷屬遵守我的道，秉公行義，使我所應許亞伯拉罕的話都成就了。」

我要用智慧行完全的道。你幾時到我這裏來呢？我要存完全的心行在我家中。
