眾人將永恆主的櫃抬進去，安置在它的地方、在帳棚中間大衛所搭的。大衛便在永恆主面前獻上燔祭和平安祭。

對他們說：『你們是利未人父系的首長；你們和你們的族弟兄都應當潔淨自己為聖，好將以色列之上帝、永恆主的櫃、接上來到我所給豫備的地方。
