So they went up to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there. Then David said,“ God has broken through my enemies by my hand like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore they called the name of that place Baal Perazim.

So David and his men went up to Baal Perazim, and there he defeated them. He said,“ As waters break out, God has broken out against my enemies by my hand.” So that place was called Baal Perazim.

So David and his men went up to Baal Perazim. There David won the battle over the Philistines. He said,“ God has broken through against my enemies, just as water breaks through a dam.” That’s why the place was called Baal Perazim.

And he went up to Baal-perazim, and David struck them down there. And David said,“ God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like a bursting flood.” Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim.

So David and his troops went up to Baal perazim and defeated the Philistines there.“ God did it!” David exclaimed.“ He used me to burst through my enemies like a raging flood!” So they named that place Baal perazim( which means“ the Lord who bursts through”).

So the Israelites went up to Baal-perazim, and David defeated the Philistines there. Then David said,“ Like a bursting flood, God has used me to burst out against my enemies.” Therefore, they named that place The Lord Bursts Out.

So they came up to Baal perazim, and David defeated them there; and David said,“ God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like the breakthrough of waters.” Therefore they named that place Baal perazim.

So they came up to Baal- perazim, and David smote them there; and David said, God hath broken mine enemies by my hand, like the breach of waters. Therefore they called the name of that place Baal- perazim.

So the Israelites went up to Baal-perazim, and David defeated the Philistines there. Then David said,“ Like a bursting flood, God has used me to burst out against my enemies.” Therefore, they named that place the Lord Bursts Out.

So they came up to Baalperazim; and David smote them there. Then David said, God hath broken in upon mine enemies by mine hand like the breaking forth of waters: therefore they called the name of that place Baalperazim.

So they marched against Baal Perazim and David defeated them there. David said,“ Using me as his instrument, God has burst out against my enemies like water bursts out.” So that place is called Baal Perazim.

So they came up to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there. David said, God has broken my enemies by my hand, like waters breaking out. Therefore they called the name of that place Baal Perazim.

For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon— That He may do His work, His awesome work, And bring to pass His act, His unusual act.

For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because You favored them.

They come as broad breakers; Under the ruinous storm they roll along.

and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Blessed be the Lord my Rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle—

Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained.

So David went to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there; and he said,“ The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim.

The One who gives salvation to kings, Who delivers David His servant From the deadly sword.

The Lord thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice, Hailstones and coals of fire.He sent out His arrows and scattered the foe, Lightnings in abundance, and He vanquished them.Then the channels of the sea were seen, The foundations of the world were uncovered At Your rebuke, O Lord, At the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.
