David and all Israel went to Baalah of Judah( Kiriath Jearim) to bring up from there the ark of God the Lord, who is enthroned between the cherubim— the ark that is called by the Name.

David went to Baalah of Judah. The whole community of Israel went with him. Baalah is also called Kiriath Jearim. All the people went there to get the ark of God the Lord. He sits on his throne between the cherubim. The ark is named after the Lord.

And David and all Israel went up to Baalah, that is, to Kiriath-jearim that belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord who sits enthroned above the cherubim.

Then David and all Israel went to Baalah of Judah( also called Kiriath jearim) to bring back the Ark of God, which bears the name of the Lord who is enthroned between the cherubim.

他是奉我的名來的，你們要謹遵他的話，不可悖逆，不然他必不赦免你們的過犯。

每當摩西走進會幕要與耶和華說話時，便聽見耶和華從約櫃的施恩座上、兩個基路伯天使中間對他說話。

以色列的牧者啊，你像照顧羊群一樣帶領約瑟的子孫，求你垂聽我們的祈禱。坐在基路伯天使之上的耶和華啊，求你向以法蓮、便雅憫和瑪拿西發出光輝，求你施展大能來拯救我們。

你們要為我築一座土壇，把你們的牛羊獻在壇上作燔祭和平安祭。凡是我使自己的名號被尊崇的地方，我會親臨那裡賜福給你們。

率領他們到猶大的巴拉去接上帝的約櫃。這約櫃以坐在基路伯天使上面的萬軍之耶和華的名字命名。他們把上帝的約櫃從座落在山上的亞比拿達家抬出來，放在一輛新造的牛車上，由亞比拿達的兩個兒子烏撒和亞希約趕車，亞希約走在約櫃前面。大衛和全體以色列人在耶和華面前用琴、瑟、鼓、鈸和鑼奏樂，盡情歌舞。他們走到拿肯的麥場時，拉車的牛失蹄，烏撒便伸手去扶上帝的約櫃。耶和華上帝就向烏撒發怒，因他的不敬而擊殺了他。他死在了約櫃旁邊。大衛因耶和華擊殺烏撒而煩惱，就稱那地方為毗列斯·烏撒，沿用至今。那天，大衛懼怕耶和華，他說：「耶和華的約櫃怎能運到我這裡？」他不願把耶和華的約櫃運進大衛城，而是把它運到迦特人俄別·以東家。耶和華的約櫃在俄別·以東家停放了三個月，耶和華賜福給俄別·以東和他全家。

「坐在二基路伯天使之上、以色列的上帝——萬軍之耶和華啊，唯有你是天下萬國的上帝，你創造了天地。

他們要奉我的名為以色列人祝福，我必賜福給他們。」

祂曾說，『自從我把我的以色列子民帶出埃及以來，我並沒有在以色列各支派中選出一座城來建造殿宇，作為我名下的居所。我只是揀選了大衛來治理我的以色列子民。』」

耶和華掌權，萬民當戰抖；祂坐在基路伯天使之上，大地當戰抖。
