So David assembled all Israel, from the Shihor River in Egypt to Lebo Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim.

David gathered together all the Israelites. They came from the area between the Shihor River in Egypt and Lebo Hamath. They came to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim to Jerusalem.

So David assembled all Israel from the Nile of Egypt to Lebo-hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim.

大卫又聚集以色列中所有挑选的人三万。

那时，所罗门和以色列众人，就是从哈马口直到埃及小河所有的以色列人，都聚集成为大会，在耶和华我们的神面前守节七日又七日，共十四日。

大卫招聚以色列众人到耶路撒冷，要将耶和华的约柜抬到他所预备的地方。

巴比伦王就把他们击杀在哈马地的利比拉。这样，犹大人被掳去离开本地。

从押们转到埃及小河，直通到海为止。“西边要以大海为界；这就是你们的西界。“北界要从大海起，划到何珥山，从何珥山划到哈马口，通到西达达，

大卫率领以色列众人上到巴拉，就是属犹大的基列耶琳，要从那里将约柜运来。这约柜就是坐在二基路伯上耶和华神留名的约柜。

所罗门统管诸国，从大河到非利士地，直到埃及的边界。所罗门在世的日子，这些国都进贡服侍他。

从埃及前的西曷河往北，直到以革伦的境界，就算属迦南人之地。有非利士人五个首领所管的迦萨人、亚实突人、亚实基伦人、迦特人、以革伦人之地，并有南方亚卫人之地。又有迦南人的全地，并属西顿人的米亚拉到亚弗，直到亚摩利人的境界。还有迦巴勒人之地，并向日出的全黎巴嫩，就是从黑门山根的巴力迦得，直到哈马口。山地的一切居民，从黎巴嫩直到米斯利弗玛音，就是所有的西顿人，我必在以色列人面前赶出他们去。你只管照我所吩咐的，将这地拈阄分给以色列人为业。

现今你为何在埃及路上要喝西曷的水呢？你为何在亚述路上要喝大河的水呢？
