武士之魁亞馬賽、為神所感、對曰、我欲歸耶西之子大闢、望上帝祐爾、願爾與助爾者俱獲平康。大闢接之、使為軍長。

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said:“ We are yours, David! We are with you, son of Jesse! Success, success to you, and success to those who help you, for your God will help you.” So David received them and made them leaders of his raiding bands.

The Spirit of God came on Amasai. He was leader of the 30 chiefs. He said,“ David, we belong to you! Son of Jesse, we’re on your side! May you have great success. May those who help you also have success. Your God will help you.” So David welcomed them. He made them leaders in his army.

Then the Spirit clothed Amasai, chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, O David, and with you, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” Then David received them and made them officers of his troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the leader of the Thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David! We are on your side, son of Jesse. Peace and prosperity be with you, and success to all who help you, for your God is the one who helps you.” So David let them join him, and he made them officers over his troops.

Then the Spirit enveloped Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the Spirit covered Amasai like clothing, the chief of the thirty; and he said,“ We are yours, David, And are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to him who helps you; Indeed, your God helps you!” Then David received them and made them captains of the troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said:“ We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” So David received them, and made them captains of the troop.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said, Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

Then the Spirit took control of Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the spirit came upon Amasai,[ who was] chief of the captains,[ and he said], Thine[ are we], David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace[ be] unto thee, and peace[ be] to thine helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

But a spirit empowered Amasai, the leader of the thirty warriors, and he said:“ We are yours, O David! We support you, O son of Jesse! May you greatly prosper! May those who help you prosper! Indeed your God helps you!” So David accepted them and made them leaders of raiding bands.

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David, and on your side, you son of Jesse. Peace, peace be to you, and peace be to your helpers; for your God helps you.” Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

耶和华的灵降在基甸身上，他就吹角；亚比以谢族都应召来跟从他。

押沙龙派亚玛撒统率军队，取代约押。亚玛撒是以实玛利人（按照《马索拉文本》，“以实玛利人”作“以色列人”；现参照《七十士译本》的一些文本翻译；参代上2:17）以特拉的儿子。以特拉曾经与拿辖的女儿亚比该亲近过；亚比该和约押的母亲洗鲁雅是姊妹。

于是耶稣对十二门徒说：“你们也想离去吗？”西门．彼得回答：“主啊，你有永生之道，我们还跟从谁呢？

耶和华的灵临到他身上，他就治理以色列人；他出去作战，耶和华把亚兰王古珊．利萨田交在他手中，他的能力就胜过了古珊．利萨田。

于是内务长、市长、长老和亚哈众子的导师送信给耶户说：“我们是你的仆人，你吩咐我们的，我们都必照办；我们也不会立什么人作王；你看怎样好，我们就怎样作。”

愿平安、慈爱、信心，从父神和主耶稣基督临到众弟兄。愿一切以不朽的爱爱我们主耶稣基督的人，都蒙恩惠。

路得说：“请不要逼我离开你回去，不跟从你。你到哪里去，我也要到哪里去；你在哪里过夜，我也要在哪里过夜；你的同胞就是我的同胞，你的神就是我的神；

所有照这准则而行的人，愿平安怜悯临到他们，就是临到神的以色列。

耶户抬头对着窗户，说：“有谁拥护我？谁？”立时有两三个太监往外望着他。

不站在我这一边的就是反对我的，不跟我一起收聚的，就是分散的。

亚比该生亚玛撒；亚玛撒的父亲是以实玛利人益帖。

就差派十个仆人，对他们说：“你们上迦密去见拿八，以我的名义向他问安。你们要这样说：‘愿你长寿！愿你平安！愿你的家平安！愿你所有的一切都平安！

以太回答王说：“我指着永活的耶和华，在我主我王面前起誓，无论我主我王在什么地方，或生或死，你仆人也必在那里。”

你们又要对亚玛撒说：‘你不是我的骨肉至亲吗？我若不立你代替约押，在我面前作军队的元帅，愿神重重地惩罚我，并且加倍严厉地惩罚我。’”

王对亚玛撒说：“你要在三天之内把犹大人召集到我这里来。你自己也要在这里。”亚玛撒就去召集犹大人。他却耽延，超过了王限定的日期。大卫对亚比筛说：“现在比基利的儿子示巴要加害我们，比押沙龙更甚。你要带着你主人的仆人去追赶他，免得他找到了设防的城镇，就避过我们的眼目，从我们的手中逃脱了。”于是约押的人，基利提人、比利提人和所有的勇士，都跟随亚比筛出去。他们从耶路撒冷出去，追赶比基利的儿子示巴。他们到了基遍的大磐石那里，亚玛撒来与他们会合。那时约押穿着战衣，腰间束着佩刀的带子，刀在鞘里。他往前走的时候，刀掉了下来。

“万军之耶和华这样说：‘在那些日子，必有十个说不同方言，来自列国的人，紧抓住一个犹大人的衣襟，说：让我们与你们同去吧，因为我们听见神与你们同在。’”

又派他们作千夫长、五十夫长，替他耕田、收他的庄稼、替他制造作战的武器和战车上的装备。

至于以色列人，所罗门却没有使他们作奴仆，而是作他的战士、臣仆、统领、军长、战车长和骑兵长。

求你饶恕你婢女的过犯。耶和华必为我主建立一个坚固的家，因为我主为耶和华争战；在你一生的日子里，在你身上也找不到什么过错。虽然有人起来追赶你，寻索你的命，我主的性命必得保全在耶和华你的神生命的囊中。至于你仇敌的命，耶和华却要甩去，像从甩石机甩出去一样。

扫罗就对侍立在他周围的臣仆说：“便雅悯人哪，你们要听！耶西的儿子能把田地和葡萄园赐给你们各人吗？他能立你们各人作千夫长、作百夫长吗？

在玛哈尼．但（“玛哈尼．但”意即“但的军营”），就是在琐拉和以实陶中间，耶和华的灵开始感动参孙。

从前扫罗作我们的王的时候，领导以色列人行动的是你。耶和华也曾对你说：‘你要牧养我的子民以色列，要作以色列的领袖。’”

他穿上公义的铠甲，戴上救恩的头盔，穿上复仇的衣服，披上热心作外袍。
