那时军官的领袖亚玛撒受灵的感动说：“大卫啊，我们归向你！耶西的儿子啊，我们帮助你！愿你平平安安，愿帮助你的也都平安！因为你的上帝帮助你。”大卫就收留他们，派他们作军官。

三十首領之魁亞瑪撒、感於神曰、大衛歟、我儕屬爾、耶西子歟、我儕從爾、願爾平康、願助爾者平康、蓋爾上帝助爾也、大衛納之、立為軍長、

武士之魁亞馬賽、為神所感、對曰、我欲歸耶西之子大闢、望上帝祐爾、願爾與助爾者俱獲平康。大闢接之、使為軍長。

諸將之長亞瑪撒、受感於神、曰、大衛歟、我儕歸爾、耶西子歟、我儕助爾、惟平康是務、願爾獲平康、助爾者獲平康、蓋爾之天主祐爾、大衛接之、使為軍長、

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said:“ We are yours, David! We are with you, son of Jesse! Success, success to you, and success to those who help you, for your God will help you.” So David received them and made them leaders of his raiding bands.

The Spirit of God came on Amasai. He was leader of the 30 chiefs. He said,“ David, we belong to you! Son of Jesse, we’re on your side! May you have great success. May those who help you also have success. Your God will help you.” So David welcomed them. He made them leaders in his army.

Then the Spirit clothed Amasai, chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, O David, and with you, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” Then David received them and made them officers of his troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the leader of the Thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David! We are on your side, son of Jesse. Peace and prosperity be with you, and success to all who help you, for your God is the one who helps you.” So David let them join him, and he made them officers over his troops.

Then the Spirit enveloped Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the Spirit covered Amasai like clothing, the chief of the thirty; and he said,“ We are yours, David, And are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to him who helps you; Indeed, your God helps you!” Then David received them and made them captains of the troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said:“ We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” So David received them, and made them captains of the troop.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said, Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

Then the Spirit took control of Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the spirit came upon Amasai,[ who was] chief of the captains,[ and he said], Thine[ are we], David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace[ be] unto thee, and peace[ be] to thine helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

But a spirit empowered Amasai, the leader of the thirty warriors, and he said:“ We are yours, O David! We support you, O son of Jesse! May you greatly prosper! May those who help you prosper! Indeed your God helps you!” So David accepted them and made them leaders of raiding bands.

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David, and on your side, you son of Jesse. Peace, peace be to you, and peace be to your helpers; for your God helps you.” Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

耶和华的灵降在基甸身上，他就吹起号角，号召亚比以谢族的人跟从他。

押沙龙任命亚玛撒为元帅，代替约押的位置。亚玛撒是以实玛利人以特拉的儿子，母亲是拿辖的女儿亚比该。亚比该与约押的母亲洗鲁雅是姊妹。

于是耶稣问那十二个门徒：“你们也要离开我吗？”西门·彼得答道：“主啊！你有永生之道，我们还跟从谁呢？

耶和华的灵降在俄陀聂身上，他就做了以色列的士师，领兵出战。耶和华将美索不达米亚王古珊·利萨田交在他手中，他便战胜了古珊·利萨田。

宫廷总管、总督、长老和众监护人便派人送信给耶户，说：“我们是你的仆人，你怎样吩咐，我们就怎样做。我们不会立任何人为王，你认为怎样好，就怎样办吧。”

愿父上帝和主耶稣基督赐给各位弟兄姊妹平安、爱心和信心！愿所有忠贞地爱我们主耶稣基督的人都蒙恩典！

路得说：“不要逼我撇你而去。你往哪里去，我也要往哪里去；你住在哪里，我也要住在哪里；你的同胞就是我的同胞，你的上帝就是我的上帝；

愿上帝的平安和怜悯归给那些愿意按这原则生活的人，也归给上帝的以色列子民。

耶户抬头望着窗口，喊道：“谁拥护我？谁？”有两三个太监从窗口往外看他。

“不与我为友就是与我为敌；不助我召集就是故意拆散。

亚比该生亚玛撒，亚玛撒的父亲是以实玛利人益帖。

就派十个部下到迦密去见拿八，吩咐他们以他的名义向拿八问安，对拿八说：“愿你和你全家平安，愿你一切顺利！

以太却答道：“我凭永活的耶和华和我主我王的性命起誓，不管我王去哪里，仆人都要誓死追随到底！”

你们也要对亚玛撒说，‘你是我的骨肉，要是我不立你为元帅取代约押，愿上帝重重地处罚我。’”

王对亚玛撒说：“你要在三天内招聚犹大人，跟他们一起来见我。”亚玛撒就去招聚犹大人，但他超过了王所定的期限。大卫对亚比筛说：“现在比基利的儿子示巴对我们带来的危害恐怕比押沙龙还要大。你带领我的部下去捉拿他，免得他占据了坚固的城池，得以逃脱。”于是，约押的部下和基利提人、比利提人以及所有的勇士都跟随亚比筛离开耶路撒冷，去追赶比基利的儿子示巴。他们来到基遍的巨石旁，见亚玛撒迎面而来。约押当时身穿战袍，腰间佩刀，他迎上去的时候，刀从鞘中滑落出来。

那时，十个来自列国、讲不同语言的人必拉住一个犹大人的衣角，说，让我们跟你们同去吧，因为我们听说上帝与你们同在。这是万军之耶和华说的。’”

他会派一些人做千夫长、五十夫长，一些人为他耕种田地、收割庄稼，一些人制造兵器和战车的装备。

所罗门王没有让以色列人服劳役，而是让他们做战士、官长、统帅、将领、战车长和骑兵长。

请饶恕婢女的罪过，耶和华必使你的子孙世代做王，因为你是在为耶和华而战，愿你一生没有过错。你就是被人追杀，也会在你的上帝耶和华的保护下安然无恙。你敌人的性命却要像石头一样被耶和华用投石器抛出去。

就对左右的臣仆说：“便雅悯人啊，你们听着！难道耶西的儿子会给你们田地和葡萄园吗？他能立你们做千夫长和百夫长吗？

当他在琐拉和以实陶之间的玛哈尼·但的时候，耶和华的灵开始感动他。

从前扫罗做王的时候，率领以色列人出征打仗的是你，耶和华也曾应许让你做祂以色列子民的牧者和首领。”

祂以公义作铠甲，以救恩作头盔，以复仇作衣服，以热忱作外袍。
