大衛出去和他們見面，跟他們應對說：『你們若是和和平平地到我這裏來幫助我，我就和你們一心一意；但你們若將我這手無強暴的人騙在敵人手裏，那麼願我們列祖的上帝察看而斷定是非。』

大衛出迓曰、爾若平和而來以助我、則我心與爾相契、我既無辜、爾若鬻我於敵、願我列祖之上帝鑒察之、譴責之、

大闢出迓、告曰、如爾心懷平康、欲來助我、則我與爾和好。如欲欺我、付無辜於敵手、則望列祖之上帝、加以督責。

大衛出迎、謂之曰、爾來意若平善、欲助我、則我願與爾結盟、如欲欺我、將我無辜者付於敵手、願我列祖之天主、鑒察加責、

David went out to meet them and said to them,“ If you have come to me in peace to help me, I am ready for you to join me. But if you have come to betray me to my enemies when my hands are free from violence, may the God of our ancestors see it and judge you.”

David went out to meet them. He said to them,“ Have you come to me in peace? Have you come to help me? If you have, I’m ready for you to join me. But suppose you have come to hand me over to my enemies when I haven’t even harmed anyone. Then may the God of our people see it and judge you.”

David went out to meet them and said to them,“ If you have come to me in friendship to help me, my heart will be joined to you; but if to betray me to my adversaries, although there is no wrong in my hands, then may the God of our fathers see and rebuke you.”

David went out to meet them and said,“ If you have come in peace to help me, we are friends. But if you have come to betray me to my enemies when I am innocent, then may the God of our ancestors see it and punish you.”

David went out to meet them and said to them,“ If you have come in peace to help me, my heart will be united with you, but if you have come to betray me to my enemies even though my hands have done no wrong, may the God of our ancestors look on it and judge.”

David went out to meet them, and said to them,“ If you come peacefully to help me, my heart shall be united with you; but if to betray me to my enemies, since there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look on it and decide.”

And David went out to meet them, and answered and said to them,“ If you have come peaceably to me to help me, my heart will be united with you; but if to betray me to my enemies, since there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look and bring judgment.”

And David went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, If ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, my heart shall be knit unto you; but if ye be come to betray me to mine adversaries, seeing there is no wrong in my hands, the God of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it.

David went out to meet them and said to them,“ If you have come in peace to help me, my heart will be united with you, but if you have come to betray me to my enemies even though my hands have done no wrong, may the God of our ancestors look on it and judge.”

And David went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, If ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, mine heart shall be knit unto you: but if[ ye be come] to betray me to mine enemies, seeing[ there is] no wrong in mine hands, the God of our fathers look[ thereon], and rebuke[ it].

David went out to meet them and said,“ If you come to me in peace and want to help me, then I will make an alliance with you. But if you come to betray me to my enemies when I have not harmed you, may the God of our ancestors take notice and judge!”

David went out to meet them, and answered them,“ If you have come peaceably to me to help me, my heart will be united with you; but if you have come to betray me to my adversaries, since there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers see this and rebuke it.”

耶和華啊，求你發怒攻擊我暴怒的仇敵。我的上帝啊，求你來伸張正義。

當時，他帶了二十個人前往希伯崙見大衛，大衛就設宴款待他們。押尼珥對大衛說：「我要為我主我王招聚所有的以色列人，跟你立約，你便可以如願以償，統治全以色列。」於是大衛為他送行，他就平安地回去了。大衛送押尼珥離開後不久，約押就率領大衛的軍隊帶著許多戰利品凱旋而歸。約押率領全軍回來後，有人告訴他：「尼珥的兒子押尼珥剛才來朝見王，王送他平安地離去了。」約押聽後，就去見王，說：「你這做的是什麼事？押尼珥來見你，你為什麼放他走呢？你要知道，尼珥的兒子押尼珥想來騙你，探聽你的虛實。」

耶戶繼續前行，遇見前來迎接他的利甲的兒子約拿達。耶戶問候他，並說：「我對你忠誠，你對我也一樣忠誠嗎？」約拿達答道：「當然！」耶戶說：「既然如此，把手伸給我。」他伸出手來，耶戶把他拉上車，

耶和華賜福給公義、信實的人。今天耶和華把你交在我手中，但我不願下手傷害耶和華所膏立的王。我今天保存了你的性命，願耶和華也保存我的性命，救我脫離一切患難。」

最要緊的是：你們行事為人要與基督的福音相稱。這樣，不管是去看你們，還是只聽到你們的消息，我都能知道你們同心合意，堅定不移地一起為福音奮鬥，

願亞伯拉罕和拿鶴的上帝，就是他們父親的上帝，在你我之間判斷是非。」雅各便在他父親以撒敬畏的上帝面前起誓，

親愛的弟兄姊妹，我奉主耶穌基督的名勸你們，要同心合意，不可結黨紛爭，要團結一致，

耶和華啊，求你教我行你的道，我要行在你的真理中，求你使我一心敬畏你。

約蘭問他：「耶戶，你為平安而來嗎？」耶戶答道：「國中到處都是你母親耶洗別的偶像和邪術，怎能平安呢？」

我父請看，你的這塊袍子在我手中。我割下了你的袍角，沒有殺你，現在你應該明白我並未圖謀背叛你。我沒有對不起你，你卻要置我於死地。願耶和華在你我之間判定是非，替我伸冤，我卻不會動手傷害你。俗語說，『惡事出於惡人』，所以我不會動手傷害你。以色列王出來要捉拿誰呢？一條死狗嗎？一隻跳蚤嗎？願耶和華做我們的審判官，在你我之間判定是非。願耶和華鑒察，為我伸冤，從你手中拯救我。」大衛說完了，掃羅問道：「我兒大衛啊！是你嗎？」便放聲大哭起來。掃羅對大衛說：「你比我公義，因為你善待我，我卻惡待你。

我要使他們永遠全心全意地敬畏我，使他們和子孫得到福樂。

撒母耳遵行耶和華的吩咐，他來到伯利恆，那城的長老都戰戰兢兢地出來迎接他，問道：「你是為平安而來嗎？」

當天使長米迦勒為摩西的屍體跟魔鬼爭辯的時候，尚且不敢用毀謗的話譴責牠，只說：「願主責罰你！」

耶和華啊，求你救我們！因為世上的敬虔人不見了，忠信的人在人間消失了。人人謊話連篇，花言巧語，口是心非。

一天，哈姬的兒子亞多尼雅來見所羅門的母親拔示芭，拔示芭問他：「你是為平安而來嗎？」亞多尼雅說：「是為平安而來。」

約拿單像愛自己一樣愛大衛，他與大衛立了盟約，

如果不是我父親以撒敬畏的上帝，就是亞伯拉罕的上帝與我同在，你肯定會讓我兩手空空地回家。但上帝看見了我的難處和勞苦，所以在昨夜責備了你。」

大衛與掃羅說完話後，又見了約拿單，二人一見如故，約拿單像愛自己一樣愛大衛。

當時所有信徒都同心合意，共用所有的東西，沒有人說他的財物只屬於自己。

祂被辱駡也不還口，被迫害也不揚言報復，只把自己交託給按公義施行審判的上帝。

耶和華對撒旦說：「撒旦啊，耶和華斥責你！揀選耶路撒冷的耶和華斥責你！這人豈不像從火中抽出來的一根柴嗎？」

最後，弟兄姊妹，我還有幾句話要說：你們要喜樂，追求完善，接受勸勉，同心合意，和睦共處。這樣，仁愛和平的上帝必常與你們同在。
