这样，扫罗为了他的不忠死了；因为他干犯耶和华，没有遵守耶和华的话，又因他求问招魂的妇人，

扫罗死了，因为他对耶和华不忠，不听从祂的教诲，甚至去求问灵媒，

扫罗死了，因为他悖逆耶和华，没有听从他的话，也因为他去求问那交鬼的，

這樣，掃羅死了。因為他干犯耶和華，沒有遵守耶和華的命；又因他求問交鬼的婦人，

這樣，掃羅為了他的不忠死了；因為他干犯耶和華，沒有遵守耶和華的話，又因他求問招魂的婦人，

這樣，掃羅為了他的不忠死了；因為他干犯耶和華，沒有遵守耶和華的話，又因他求問招魂的婦人，

掃羅死了，因為他對耶和華不忠，不聽從祂的教誨，甚至去求問靈媒，

掃羅死了，因為他悖逆耶和華，沒有聽從他的話，也因為他去求問那交鬼的，

這樣、掃羅死了、是為了他所犯對永恆主不忠實的罪，為了永恆主的話的緣故、就是他所沒有遵守的；也是因為他去尋問去請示交鬼的，

夫掃羅之死、因其干犯耶和華、不遵其命、且請示於憑鬼者、

掃羅犯罪、違耶和華命、不詢於耶和華、乃問於憑卜神者、故耶和華殺之、移其國祚、以畀耶西之子大闢。

如是、掃羅死、因其獲罪於主、不遵守主命、且因問交鬼之婦、而不詢主、主殺之、移其國歸耶西子大衛、

Saul died because he was unfaithful to the Lord; he did not keep the word of the Lord and even consulted a medium for guidance,

Saul died because he wasn’t faithful to the Lord. He didn’t obey the word of the Lord. He even asked for advice from a person who gets messages from people who have died.

So Saul died for his breach of faith. He broke faith with the Lord in that he did not keep the command of the Lord, and also consulted a medium, seeking guidance.

So Saul died because he was unfaithful to the Lord. He failed to obey the Lord’s command, and he even consulted a medium

Saul died for his unfaithfulness to the LORD because he did not keep the LORD’s word. He even consulted a medium for guidance,

So Saul died for his unfaithfulness which he committed against the Lord, because of the word of the Lord which he did not keep; and also because he asked counsel of a medium, making inquiry of her,

So Saul died for his unfaithfulness which he had committed against the Lord, because he did not keep the word of the Lord, and also because he consulted a medium for guidance.

So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against Jehovah, because of the word of Jehovah, which he kept not; and also for that he asked counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire thereby,

Saul died for his unfaithfulness to the Lord because he did not keep the Lord’s word. He even consulted a medium for guidance,

So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD,[ even] against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking[ counsel] of[ one that had] a familiar spirit, to enquire[ of it];

So Saul died because he was unfaithful to the LORD and did not obey the LORD’s instructions; he even tried to conjure up underworld spirits.

So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against Yahweh, because of Yahweh’s word, which he didn’t keep; and also because he asked counsel of one who had a familiar spirit, to inquire,

悖逆与占卜的罪相等，顽梗与拜偶像的罪孽相同。因为你厌弃耶和华的命令，耶和华也厌弃你作王。”

“人若转向招魂的和行巫术的，随从他们行淫，我就要向这人变脸，把他从百姓中剪除。

“不可转向招魂的，也不可求问行巫术的，免得被他们玷污。我是耶和华—你们的神。

你中间不可有人使儿女经火，也不可有占卜的、观星象的、行法术的、行邪术的、施符咒的、招魂的、行巫术的和求问死人的。凡做这些事的都是耶和华所憎恶的；因这可憎恶的事，耶和华—你的神把他们从你面前赶出去。你要向耶和华—你的神作完全人。你所要赶出的那些国家都听从观星象的和占卜的，但是耶和华—你的神从来不准你这样做。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你做了糊涂事了，没有遵守耶和华—你神吩咐你的命令。不然，耶和华会在以色列中坚立你的国度，直到永远。现在你的国度必不长久。耶和华已经寻着一个合他心意的人，立他作百姓的君王，因为你没有遵守耶和华所吩咐你的。”

扫罗吩咐臣仆说：“为我找一个招魂的妇人，我好去问她。”臣仆对他说：“看哪，在隐‧多珥有一个招魂的妇人。”于是扫罗改了装，穿上别的衣服，带着两个人，夜里去见那妇人。扫罗说：“请你用招魂的法术，把我所告诉你的死人，为我招上来。”妇人对他说：“看哪，你知道扫罗所做的，他从国中剪除招魂的和行巫术的。你为何为我的性命设下罗网，要害死我呢？”扫罗向妇人指着耶和华起誓说：“我指着永生的耶和华起誓，你必不因这事受罚。”妇人说：“我为你招谁上来呢？”他说：“为我招撒母耳上来。”妇人看见撒母耳，就大声喊叫。妇人对扫罗说：“你是扫罗，为什么欺骗我呢？”王对妇人说：“不要惧怕，你看见什么呢？”妇人对扫罗说：“我看见有神明从地里上来。”扫罗说：“他是怎样的形状？”妇人说：“有一个老人上来，身穿长袍。”扫罗知道是撒母耳，就屈身，脸伏于地下拜。撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么搅扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗说：“我十分为难，因为非利士人攻击我，神离开我，不再藉先知或梦回答我。因此请你上来，好指示我应当怎样做。”撒母耳说：“耶和华已经离开你，与你为敌，你何必问我呢？耶和华照他藉我所说的话为他自己实现了。耶和华已经从你手里夺去国权，赐给别人，就是大卫。因为你没有听从耶和华的话，没有执行他对亚玛力人的恼怒，所以今日耶和华向你做这事。耶和华也必将你和以色列交在非利士人手里。明日你和你儿子们必与我在一处了；耶和华也必将以色列的军兵交在非利士人手里。”扫罗突然全身仆倒在地，因为撒母耳的话令他十分惧怕。他毫无气力，因为他一日一夜都没有吃什么。

有人对你们说：“当求问招魂的与行巫术的，他们唧唧喳喳，念念有词。”然而，百姓不当求问自己的神吗？岂可为活人求问死人呢？

后来，我们往那祷告的地方去时，有一个被占卜的灵附身的使女迎面走来，她使用法术使她的主人们发了大财。她跟随保罗和我们，喊着说：“这些人是至高神的仆人，对你们传讲救人的道路。”她一连好几天这样喊叫，保罗就心中厌烦，转身对那灵说：“我奉耶稣基督的名吩咐你从她身上出来！”那灵立刻出来了。

万军之耶和华如此说：‘以色列人从埃及上来的时候，在路上亚玛力人怎样待他们，怎样抵挡他们，我都要惩罚。

有一个人名叫西门，向来在那城里行邪术，自命为大人物，使撒玛利亚的居民惊奇。所有的人，从小到大都听从他，说：“这个人就是神的能力，那称为大能者的。”他们听从他，因他很久以来用邪术使他们惊奇。

并使他的儿子经火，又观星象，行法术，求问招魂的和行巫术的，多行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，惹他发怒。

“行邪术的女人，不可让她存活。
