我看他，卻不是在現時；我望着他，卻不是臨近的：必有一顆星從雅各而出，必有權柄之杖從以色列中興起；他必擊碎摩押的鬢邊、和鬨嚷之人的頭頂。以東必成為他的領土，仇敵西珥必成了他的佔領地；惟獨以色列奮勇而行。有一位出於雅各的必掌大權，出於京城的必殺滅殘存的人。』
