After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth.

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Go into the ark with your whole family. I know that you are a godly man among the people of today.

But the Lord was very pleased with Noah.Here is the story of Noah’s family line. Noah was a godly man. He was without blame among the people of his time. He walked faithfully with God.Noah had three sons. Their names were Shem, Ham and Japheth.

“ During Noah’s time I made a promise. I said I would never cover the earth with water again. In the same way, I have promised not to be angry with you. I will never punish you again.The mountains might shake. The hills might be removed. But my faithful love for you will never be shaken. And my covenant that promises peace to you will never be removed,” says the Lord. He shows you his loving concern.

Noah lived a total of 950 years. And then he died.

God did not spare the world’s ungodly people long ago. He brought the flood on them. But Noah preached about the right way to live. God kept him safe. He also saved seven others.
