The Lord Is in His Holy Temple
To the choirmaster. Of David.

1In the Lord I take refuge;
how can you say to my soul,
11:1 [1 Sam. 23:14, 19; 24:2; 26:19, 20]Flee like a bird to your mountain,
2for behold, the wicked 11:2 Ps. 7:12; 64:4; [Jer. 9:3] bend the bow;
11:2 Ps. 21:12; 58:7; See Ps. 7:10they have fitted their arrow to the string
to shoot in the dark at the upright in heart;
3if 11:3 Ps. 82:5; Ezek. 30:4the foundations are destroyed,
what can the righteous do?11:3 Or for the foundations will be destroyed; what has the righteous done?

411:4 Ps. 18:6; Mic. 1:2; Hab. 2:20The Lord is in his holy temple;

7For the Lord is righteous;
