than one who is crooked in speech and is a fool.

22What is desired in a man is steadfast love,

and a poor man is better than a liar.

28A worthless witness mocks at justice,

29Condemnation is ready for 19:29 [See ver. 25above] scoffers,

and 19:29 ch. 10:13; 18:6; 26:3beating for the backs of fools.
