Ezekiel 第15章
Jerusalem, a Useless Vine
1And the word of the Lord came to me:
215:2 See ch. 2:1“Son of man, how does 15:2 See ver. 6the wood of the vine surpass any wood, the vine branch that is among the trees of the forest?
3Is wood taken from it to make anything? Do people take 15:3 [Isa. 22:23, 24]a peg from it to hang any vessel on it?
415:4 [John 15:6]Behold, it is given to the fire for fuel. When the fire has consumed both ends of it, and the middle of it is charred, is it useful for anything?
515:5 [ver. 3]Behold, when it was whole, it was used for nothing. How much less, when the fire has consumed it and it is charred, can it ever be used for anything!
6Therefore thus says the Lord God: 15:6 [ch. 17:6; Ps. 80:8; Isa. 5:1]; See ch. 19:10-14Like the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, 15:6 [See ver. 4above]which I have given to the fire for fuel, so have I given up the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
715:7 See ch. 14:8And I will set my face against them. Though 15:7 [2 Kgs. 25:9] they escape from the fire, the fire shall yet consume them, 15:7 See ch. 6:7and you will know that I am the Lord, 15:7 See ch. 14:8when I set my face against them.
